Designed to tone and strengthen your glutes, legs, and abs, this session combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and bursts of cardio for a full-body burn. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or just enjoy a great workout, this class at Kinetic Space Morley is for you. Let’s squat, lunge, and crunch our way to feeling stronger!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our classes. Please review the following guidelines: Class Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any standard class up to 1 hour before the start time. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be deducted from your pass or charged accordingly. 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course: Once the course has started, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits & Payments: Deposits for courses, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for other services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
