Class Information

An accessible lunchtime hatha practice which will help to lengthen and strengthen the body and leave you feeling energised and ready for the week ahead. Natasha will guide you through traditional asanas, with some sun salutations and breathwork to connect mind and body. With the use of props and modifications, this practice will be suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners to work on their flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and alignment within the poses. Our beautiful studio provides a peaceful environment where you can unwind, improve your flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. Join us for a rejuvenating session that invites you to explore your body and breath in a supportive setting. Meet Your Instructor: Natasha Hello! I’m Natasha, a Leeds-based yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. I’ve been practicing since my twenties, but it’s in the last decade that my journey has deepened, revealing the profound importance of yoga in my life. Alongside the physical practice, my study of Indian yogic philosophy, meditation, and pranayama has greatly influenced how I navigate life’s ups and downs. As a Healthcare Professional in cross-sectional imaging, I’m constantly reminded of the body’s fragility. I’ve met inspiring individuals who have faced life-changing challenges with positivity and pragmatism. For me, yoga has been the force that helps me see the small glimmers of blue sky amid the storms of life. While I may not be a sporty person or a runner, I find joy in working with my body to create a strong, healthy foundation for living. The physical aspect of yoga, the Asanas, has profoundly impacted my well-being, and I’ve learned to accept my limitations while celebrating my successes. I’m eager to share this journey with everyone who practices with me. As a teacher, my goal is to help you connect with your own body, encouraging tiny movements and adjustments that promote balance both on and off the mat. My classes are open to all, with props and modifications available, allowing everyone to embark on a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.
